I understand that my card will be charged every 12 weeks until I cancel this membership.

I understand that this is a subscription, and my card will run every 12 weeks until I cancel it by logging in to www.nycviolinstudio.com/login, going to My Account, then Billing Info and clicking "Cancel" next to the subscription I wish to cancel.

I understand that my 12 classes expire 3 months from when my card was last run, and that I can use my 12 classes any way I like until they expire.

I understand that no refunds (full or partial) or exchanges are offered, before, during or after my membership renewal.

I understand that group classes do not roll over to the next period (3 months after last payment).

I acknowledge that group classes and private lessons are two different types of services, and one is not exchangeable with the other.

I understand that NYC Violin Studio is not responsible for any health risks including but not limited to, Covid-19 exposure AND that I am expected to wear a mask to group classes when required.

I promise to stay home and take online classes on the days that I am sick.

Fine Print:

Important: Please note that this membership is billed every 12 weeks. You have 3 months to use your 15 group classes which do not roll over. After 12 weeks, your group classes will replenish automatically once your card is run.

Getting Started
After signing up, you'll receive an email with a link to schedule your classes. Classes and lessons will only show as available if there is open availability. Choose how you'd like to attend (in-person or online), and we'll send you a confirmation and reminder email 2 days and 2 hours before your class.

Schedule Your Class
Choose any class to attend for the week by scheduling in advance. Drop-ins are allowed, but seats are not guaranteed unless you schedule in advance.

2 Hour Cancellation Policy
We plan our classes based on who has signed up for the day. We also have limited seating. If you can't make a class, you must cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours in advance or you'll lose the class credit.

Canceling, Upgrading & Downgrading

Cancel your membership any time by going to "Settings" in your account. You can cancel anytime and you'll still receive all your monthly benefits until 12 weeks from your last payment.

To upgrade or downgrade membership levels, simply cancel your current level and sign up at the new level. Unfortunately at this time, we cannot offer partial refunds, so you may want to change over when the previous cycle is up.
