Important: Please note that this package is only good for 1 semester (8 weeks) and once started, is not transferrable into any other type of good or service. If it turns out you can't start right away, you can save this package to start at another date, as long as you notify us of the change at least 2 weeks in advance. Since registration closes to other students when the class is full, you may not activate this rescheduling advantage if there are less than 2 weeks left until the start of class.

Getting Started

Schedule Your Class
We will put you in our online scheduling calendar, since this class is only offered at one time during the week. Later on in your studies with us, you can schedule yourself, but we've got you covered for this semester.

Make-Ups
For this particular class, since it is currently scheduled to run once per week, there are no make-ups included. However, if you miss a class, you are welcome to schedule a private lesson (not free, but discounted).

Refund Policy
This studio does not offer refunds, sorry. Unless of course, we don't have your violin in stock, but we will do everything in our power to prevent this.

What People Are Saying:

I think it’s really intimidating to start the violin. I started in my 30’s and it’s the first time I ever picked up the instrument because I wanted to play it ever since I was a kid. It can get discouraging, but when you see that there’s other people. 'Hey there’s all these other crazy people who also think they can do this,' and you struggle together and then you make a sound. Even though I’m a little self-critical, it keeps you motivated. Nothing is magic, everything is practice. Just be patient. It’s easier when you’re doing that with a nice group of people who are also in the struggle, and it’s just awesome! 'Why do I think I can do this? It’s the hardest instrument.' It was mostly my self-doubt. But you absolutely can. It opens a whole world of music. So just do it! - Felicia

"It’s just a great community to be a part of"

You realize what you’re struggling with is not unique to you. The entire group is going through the same thing. At the end of the semester you know where you started, and where you ended. You can definitely see that change and that development, which is the most important thing anyway. I think that’s the end goal of music, right? Is to play as a group, I think. Like ultimately you want to be able to play as a group. - James
