Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on services. If your card was accidentally charged, please contact [email protected] with the details, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
Retail merchandise may be only be returned if unused, unopened, unmarked and in its original packaging or if the item was sold as new but was discovered to be not in working order. On used items, items are purchased as-is and all sales are final.
Private Lessons: Any students who are not on an active Membership, or other active lesson subscription, and who have no lesson credits left on account, and who receive a private lesson, will be charged the full price for a single lesson on the credit card which is saved in the system on which their lesson was last reserved with. This also applies for the 24 cancellation fee.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy: All lessons must be canceled with more than 24 hours notice, or the lesson may be charged at the full lesson price. We block off this time on your teacher's calendar so that other students may not book. If you do not cancel with enough notice, your teacher will be unable to help other students during that time, and will be compensated for their time. Thus, a student who cancels with less than 24 hours notice, or who attempts to reschedule or change the length of their lesson, may be charged the full lesson fee.
