My membership and billing cycle starts the moment I sign up, not at the beginning of a month.

This is an auto-renewing subscription, and my card will run every 4 weeks (every 28 days) until I cancel it with one click by logging in to www.nycviolinstudio.com/login, going to My Account, then Billing Info and clicking "Cancel" next to the subscription I wish to cancel.

I have one month (31 days) from last billing to use my unlimited group classes. Class credits do not roll over and are not valid past the expiration date.

Group classes and private lessons are two different types of services, and one is not exchangeable with the other.

NYC Violin Studio is not responsible for any health risks and that I am expected to stay home when I am sick (2024 policy).

Fine Print:

Important: Please note that this membership is billed every 4 weeks. You have unlimited classes for 1 month, at which point those classes expire, and a new month of unlimited classes are replenished when your card runs every 4 weeks.

Getting Started

After signing up, you'll receive an email with a link to schedule your classes. Classes and lessons will only show as available if there is open availability. Choose how you'd like to attend (in-person or online), and we'll send you a confirmation and reminder email 2 days and 2 hours before your class.

Schedule Your Class

Choose any class to attend by scheduling in advance. Group class drop-ins are allowed, but seats are not guaranteed unless you schedule in advance.

Canceling, Upgrading & Downgrading

Cancel your membership any time by going to "Settings > Billing Info" in your account. You can cancel anytime and you'll still receive all your monthly benefits until 4 weeks from your last payment.

To upgrade or downgrade membership levels, simply cancel your current level and sign up at the new level. Unfortunately at this time, we can't offer partial refunds, so you may want to change over when the previous cycle is up.

Refund Policy
No refunds are offered since the price of the membership is determined by the number of active students.
