My membership and billing cycle starts the moment I sign up, not at the beginning of a month.

This is an auto-renewing subscription, and my card will run every 4 weeks (28 days) until I cancel it with one click by logging in to www.nycviolinstudio.com/login, going to My Account, then Billing Info and clicking "Cancel" next to the subscription I wish to cancel.

Group classes and private lessons are two different types of services, and one is not exchangeable with the other. 

My 60 minute private lesson credits are only good for 60 minute private lessons, and cannot be used on 30 or 45 minute lessons, or any other type of service.

I have 1 year to use my private lesson credits after each auto-billing, and 3 months to use my 3 free group class credits. Credits are not valid after expiration.

NYC Violin Studio is not responsible for any health risks and that I will stay home and take an online lesson on the days that I am sick (2024 policy).

Important: Please note that this membership is billed every 4 weeks. You have 28 days to take your 4 lessons (plus 1 free online group classes). After 4 weeks, your class credits will reset.

Getting Started
You'll be receiving a confirmation email with a link to schedule your lessons. Hit "recurring" when scheduling to save yourself time booking. 

 24 Hour Cancellation Policy
If you can't make a lesson, you must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance or you will lose that lesson credit.

Canceling, Upgrading & Downgrading

Cancel your membership any time by going to "Settings" in your account. You can cancel anytime and you'll still receive all your monthly benefits until 4 weeks from your last payment (the remainder of your month).

To upgrade or downgrade membership levels, simply cancel your current level and sign up at the new level. Unfortunately at this time, we can't offer partial refunds, so you may want to change over when the previous cycle is up.
