Where: Patrick teaches in-person at NYC Violin Studio, located at 134 W 26th St, Suite 701.

When: Patrick teaches Monday - Thursday and Saturdays. Check openings on his real-time calendar below. You can schedule your own lessons online and reschedule or cancel your own lessons online more than 24 hours in advance.

Discounts: You may choose to sign up for recurring lesson packages with perks. Check out our memberships here. 

Cancellation Policy: Your private lessons must be canceled 24 hours or more in advance, or you may be charged the full lesson fee.

Patrick is a violist/violinist based in Manhattan, where his primary focus is orchestral, chamber, and theatrical work. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Viola Performance from the Eastman School of Music under the guidance of Professor Carol Rodland.

After graduating, Patrick was the principal violist of the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival in Germany. During his time at SHMF he was given the opportunity to work with such conductors as Christoph Eschenbach, Jörg Widmann, and David Newman.

Prior to moving to NYC, Patrick was based in Atlanta, GA, where he worked with orchestras such as the Atlanta Symphony, the Atlanta Opera, the Charleston Symphony, and the Savannah Philharmonic. He has performed on Broadway national tours and has shared the stage with musicians such as Common, Andrea Bocelli, and Kygo.

As a teacher, Patrick’s approach is focused on meeting students wherever they are in their process. He welcomes all people with any level of experience. Patrick believes music is something everyone should be able to enjoy and no matter where you are on your musical journey, he is here to help you continue on the path.
